Refunds, returns, exchanges & cancellations

S Therapy Hub Ltd does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
In the unfortunate event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at contact@shopping-therapy.online with details of the product and the defect. You can send the defective item to us to the following address:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Delivery, shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include these costs.

​In the case of order cancellations, these are dealt with on a case-to-case basis.
Orders placed for products on pre-order are not eligible for cancellation if the order has already been processed by S Therapy Hub Ltd.
For products available locally, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of order.
Should the cancellation not be within the above suggested time frame, S Therapy Hub Ltd reserves its right not to accept the cancellation and you shall be responsible for the full payment of the goods and any delivery costs attached.
Upon agreeing to cancel your order, S Therapy Hub Ltd will get in touch with you so that an agreement may be reached with regards to modalities for refunding any sum already paid by you to S Therapy Hub Ltd.
